Linoleic acid contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels when consumed in a daily intake of 10g.

In practice, however, mantaining the balance costantly can be challenging. Food quality, preparation methods, and everyday habits all play a role, and it’s not always easy to ensure you’re getting the right combination and amounts on a daily basis.
